Job Title : Assistant Manager - FP&A and Internal Reporting

Location : Gurgaon

Reports to : Team Lead

  • Management Reporting: Ensuring accurate & timely management reporting for 14 countries / consolidated at Africa level. The daily / monthly / quarterly reporting activities include Daily (Closely Watched Numbers dashboard) CWNs, Monthly KPI Decks with attendant reports, Monthly Flash & Forecast consolidation, Monthly Kiosk and Branch profitability, Quarterly MDs Deck, Industry Benchmarking
  • Business and Financial Analysis: Pre and Post Launch Analysis for products and services, Revenue and Expenses Variances Analysis to aid insights into business performance for decision making
  • Other ad hoc reporting & analytics as may be required from time to time. Handling queries & ad hoc requirements from OPCOs / management. Automation of reports through IT systems or excel, New Reports migration or Implementation, Simplification of existing reports and changes in reports as per business requirement, Providing regular business insights (any observations, process corrections etc.)
