Miller & Carter – Southampton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, driving guest experience and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

You will mentor colleagues, train others, and act as duty manager when the General Manager is away, with a clear focus on developing talent and delivering moments that WOW our guests, while pursuing progression within the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
