Yard Sale Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our expanding team. You’ll back the General Manager, lead shifts, and drive great service in a fast-paced casual dining setting in London. Competitive base salary up to £30,000 per year plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits.

OTE £33,000 with progression opportunities as we open more sites in North London. Join a friendly, energetic team delivering top pizzas with delivery and dine-in options.

Qualifications

• One year+ experience as Assistant Manager in a fast-paced casual dining setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Energetic team leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ideal candidate will have experience in take-away settings.
• Ambitious to progress to General Manager soon.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in all aspects of shop operations during peak periods.
• Run shifts in GM's absence.
• Keep team motivated and energetic on every shift.
• Manage customer expectations and quality service.
• Assist with weekly reports, shop orders and staff development.
