Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King at our Telford site. You’ll lead the team on shift, keep high standards, and ensure every customer has a warm welcome and great experience.

The role offers a rewarding salary with a bonus scheme and a £10 meal allowance per shift. You’ll back the Store Manager on service, safety, people and performance, coaching the team, managing stock, and keeping the unit clean and ready for rush periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ability to lead from the front, motivate and develop others on shift.
• Strong standards, integrity and drive to deliver high sales performance.

• Assist in leading day-to-day store operations and customer service.
