Job description

Location: Z&Z Intimates Limited, CEPZ, Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor liquidity position and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
• Debtors' follow‑up for timely fund collection.
• Work closely with the commercial department on required documentation for fund realizations.
• Maintain the loan schedule and ensure timely interest & capital repayments.
• Handle issuance and amendment of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) related fund requirements.
• Opened & accepted LC liability reconciliations.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Support in forex management and investment decisions.
• Other management reports as required.
