Job description
Responsibilities


  • Candidates who stay at Chattogram will get priority.

  • Maintaining credit and debit vouchers, cash books & ledger of accounts etc.

  • Have to check supporting papers/documents of day- to-day expenditures.

  • Prepare monthly bank & customer reconciliation statement.

  • Check all kinds of financial transaction activities.

  • Update daily collection register.

  • Assist credit collection process.

  • Monitoring of daily/Weekly/Monthly Financial reports.

  • Maintain accounts receivable & payable accounts

  • Posting of all kinds of accounting adjustment

  • Monitoring the Debtors, Stocks and Asset position of the Company;

  • Keeping records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.

  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.

  • Monthly accounts preparation.

  • Credit counting system follow up.
