Job summary

Banana Tree in London is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the team, elevate guest experiences, and bring Southeast Asian flair to every service.

You will own shifts, train staff, uphold safety and standards, and drive performance and profitability while shaping a bold, welcoming culture.
