A property management company in Scotland is seeking a Community Assistant to support day-to-day operations and enhance customer service for residents. Responsibilities include training team members, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring property standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. This position offers a competitive salary range from $25.10 to $31.68 per hour with additional benefits.
Assists the Community Manager in leading the team. Responsible for day to day operational and sales responsibilities involving residents such as resolving resident concerns, move-in/out process, renewals, evictions and other resident related items

Base Pay Range: $25.10 - $31.68
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
