In addition, Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls for Food and Labor, Cash Control, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, and Profitability.
