Miller & Carter - York is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor staff, uphold standards of service, and act as Duty Manager when needed to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management and leading a team.
• Ability to train and inspire staff to deliver food, drink and service.
• Strong focus on guest experience and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Act as Duty Manager when the General Manager is absent.
• Lead the team to deliver memorable guest moments and WOW service.
