Overview

We are looking for someone who genuinely has a passion for people, children and young people as well as someone who can build a rapport easily. With you ideally coming from a retail, hospitality, hotel leisure or childcare/education background as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Hotel Manager, Education Setting or Restaurant Manager etc you will have ideally operational management experience and deliver the highest standards in area's such as:

• Day to day building operations of the facility and staff
• Staffing Shift Patterns
• Leadership and motivation of a team with a huge focus on people development
• Health and Safety and compliance and supporting documentation
• Building overall standards including services
• Creating and executing engaging events
• Promotion of all the activities and services
• General Administration, using internal programmes, email, word and excel
• Ordering of Stock

Schedule

This role follows the shift pattern Wednesday-Friday 09:00-19:00 and Saturday 08:30-16:30. We would consider 2 part-time candidates for the role.
