Wingstop UK - Bluewater is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and support the General Manager in driving performance and guest experience at our store.

You'll coach and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, oversee recruitment and training, uphold food quality and safety, and ensure consistent service standards with a hands-on leadership style. This role is based in one of our dine-in restaurants.

About theRole

As anAssistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working closelywith the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliveran exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-dayoperation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high.

You’ll lead,coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive,high-energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitmentand training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play avital role in the success of the restaurant.

This is ahands-on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to stepup, take ownership, and make a visible impact.

This role isbased in one of our dine-in restaurants.
