A care home organization in Walton-on-Thames is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring high care standards, and managing staff training. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, along with experience in dementia care. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home and work in a direct care capacity on a day‑to‑day basis. The role ensures the home is operating to a high standard, including maintaining adequate staffing and implementing staff training.
Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Location: Aylesbury – St Leonards
Rate of Pay: To be discussed at interview
