Brunning and Price’s The Mallard in Tidbury Green is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead our busy pub team. You’ll welcome customers, help train and supervise a friendly bar and waiting crew, manage busy services and run special events.

You’ll decide on beers on tap and the gin/wine selections for engaging guest experiences. You’ll grow with us through internal development programmes and apprenticeship pathways, with a package up to £33,000 per year including bonus and benefits such

Competenze

• Experience as Assistant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in gastro pub, restaurant, bar or hospitality sector preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and guide a bar/waiting team.
• Excellent customer service and event management capabilities.

About you...

As Assistant Manager you'll be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. You'll be welcoming and looking after customers, helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team, managing busy services and running special events. You'll also be involved in deciding what beers to have on tap, which gins and wines we serve and what events to run.
