What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Manager with day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth service and high standards
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Ensuring all compliance, health & safety and operational procedures are followed
  • Managing stock, ordering and deliveries to maintain excellent availability
  • Building strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues
