Snuggly tucked into the corner of Bessels Green, and within walking distance of Sevenoaks station, is this cosy gastropub. Featuring two large open-plan dining rooms, kitted out with three open fires, a small snug bar and large patio and beer garden.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This hands‑on role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You will work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure all aspects of the business run seamlessly while maintaining a positive and profitable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily tasks, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
