Overview

As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager. In this role you will be a key member of the store management team and will report to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Dedicated and experienced retail professional who will lead by example and inspire colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised and continually look for ways to develop and improve business performance within the Departments you are responsible for.
• Work closely with the Store Manager with excellent communication skills and a coaching management style that is clear, open and honest.
• Ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards while having the ability to take corrective action when necessary.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a track record of meeting targets; career focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team.
