Job summary

Fuller’s Ox Row Inn in Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy pub and hotel team. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for staff and customers, oversee daily operations, and coordinate service during peak times.

You’ll contribute to maintaining high standards of hospitality and quality food and drink experiences. Fuller’s offers extensive training, a strong rewards program, and a clear path for career progression within pubs and hotels across the Fuller’s Family.
