A community-focused charity in North East England is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shop operations. In this role, you will manage daily activities, recruit and train volunteers, and ensure the shop meets financial targets. Ideal candidates will have previous charity retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community work. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to charitable efforts directly.

Reporting to the Manager and directly responsible for developing the business and recruit exceptional Shop teams of volunteers, enabling them to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Oak Tree Animals’ Charity.
