Job summary

Marston’s Plc in the UK is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in North Creake. You’ll lead from the front, motivate colleagues and deliver memorable guest experiences while stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.

This role focuses on driving financial and guest satisfaction KPIs, managing shifts, and upholding our people-led values. If you’ve worked in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus with the ability to motivate teams.
• Ability to deputise for the GM and manage operations across shifts.
