Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the Newcastle area. You will support the General Manager, lead from the front, and help deliver memorable guest experiences that keep people coming back for more.

You'll inspire the pub team on every shift, drive financial and KPI targets, and take accountability for operations when deputising for the GM. Flexible hours and progression to a General Manager role are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proven ability to drive KPI targets and guest experience.
