MorePeople is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well-established independent plant centre in Norfolk. You will support the Centre Manager, lead from the front and ensure exceptional customer experience across the plant area.

You will motivate and develop the team, maintain retail standards, drive sales and spot opportunities for merchandising and service improvements. This hands-on role offers genuine scope to progress within the business.
