Slim Chickens Liverpool Shopping Park is opening a brand-new restaurant and is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the team. You’ll help run daily operations, lead a motivated crew, and ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

As part of BRG, you’ll contribute to a vibrant culture, uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene, and support strategies to drive sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication, organisation, and a proactive attitude.
• Hands-on problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
