Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will lead by example to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You will supervise daily operations, help recruit and train staff, and manage costs while maintaining a safe and clean environment in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours, including weekends and late shifts, are expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.

The Role:

Role Requirements:

This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
