Job summary

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant in the UK. As Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you will partner with the General Manager to launch and set up the restaurant for success from day one, building a high-energy team and establishing efficient ways of working.

You will own day-to-day operations, train and coach new starters, lead shifts, and embed processes to deliver great food, fast service, and high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of previous management experience.
• Excited by opening new stores and driving launch success.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
