We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to join the opening team for our brand-new, multi-floor Jamie’s Italian restaurant in Leicester Square, opening early 2026.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager – leading from the floor, motivating your team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll help bring Jamie’s passion for great food, warm hospitality, and quality experiences to life every day.
