Job summary

Greene King pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the heart of the management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub and leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead the team to deliver amazing experiences, and act as a role model for training and development while upholding brand standards and safety. This role emphasizes strong leadership, high standards, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• You’ll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
• You’ll be great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A keen eye for every small detail and a desire to uphold high standards in all that you do.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
