PizzaExpress Southghate is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and help drive the Pizzeria to commercial success. You’ll recruit, train, and coach a dynamic team while overseeing daily operations and delivering memorable customer experiences.

You’ll be involved in staff development, coaching, and leveraging opportunities to maximise sales and maintain high standards across quality, safety and service. This role offers development programmes and supportive leadership.

Formación

• Proven leadership track in hospitality.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting or finance analysis.
• Strong customer service and guest relations.
