Assistant Manager - Lounge

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining excellence across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will assist with the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will match ours, but your approach will be unique—you'll do it your way. Brilliant!

Your role involves attention to detail in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You aim for your Lounge to be the community's favorite spot. This role is challenging but rewarding if you believe you've got what it takes.

What you'll bring

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working with freshly made food and drinks in a bar environment
• A passion for hospitality and talent for managing and spotting talent
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
