Assistant Manager – Prezzo Italian

"Put Your Heart into It" Up to £31,000 per year, depending on experience – plus tronc/tips, bonus, commission & perks!

No late evening working for this role as we close at 9pm weekdays and 6:30pm at weekends!!

This role is initially for a 6 months FTC with potential to become permanent

What You’ll Do
  • Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and purpose.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that embody our Hospitality Magic.
  • Support the GM with day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and stock control.
  • Drive sales, upselling, and promotions to achieve KPIs.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company policies.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to grow their confidence and skills.
  • Collaborate across kitchen and front-of-house for seamless service.
  • React to guest feedback with professionalism and positivity.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone belongs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in hospitality.
