Job summary

Savers in Forres is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy store and drive sales.

You'll coach the team, optimise daily operations, and connect with the local community to deliver exceptional service. With 1+ years in retail management, you will build routines, delegate effectively, and maximise store performance while maintaining a warm, inclusive environment.

• Minimum 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong delegation and leadership skills.

Location:Forres
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary:£31,600per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
