Wingstop UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our restaurant during night shifts, partnering with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, high standards, and strong energy on shift. You’ll mentor Shift Managers and Crew to deliver fast service and great food in a busy environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, decision-making, and a focus on safety, with opportunities to develop into higher leadership positions as the business grows.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager working our night shifts, you’ll play a key leadership role in running the restaurant during some of our busiest and most dynamic hours. Supporting the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the operation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards remain high from close through to the end of shift. You’ll lead and develop your team, supporting your Shift Managers and Crew to deliver great food, fast service, and a consistent experience. Night shifts bring a strong team focus and a real sense of ownership, and you’ll be right at the centre of it – making decisions, driving performance, and keeping the energy high. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take control, build a close‑knit team, and play a key part in delivering strong results.
