We’re looking for a passionate, hands‑on Assistant Manager to join the opening team for our brand‑new, multi‑floor Jamie’s Italian restaurant in Leicester Square, opening early 2026.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager – leading from the floor, motivating your team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. You’ll help bring Jamie’s passion for great food, warm hospitality, and quality experiences to life every day.

About the Role
