About the Role

Prestigious brand-new residential development near Waterloo is seeking an experienced front of house Assistant Manager with excellent proven experience. This is a night-based, floating role, providing leadership support to the Concierge team, covering the front desk when needed, and stepping in for the Manager during their absence.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services at the development
  • Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Concierge team members
  • Providing regular feedback on team performance and assisting the Manager with probation reviews and appraisals
  • Holding regular catch‑ups with night team members and the Manager
  • Assisting with rota planning for the team
Qualifications
  • Relevant TPI qualification, or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a high‑end residential environment
  • Flexible, hands‑on, and innovative approach
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with building management systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including both day and night shifts as needed
  • Ability to interpret and understand complex legal documents such as leases
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety processes

You must have impeccable organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
