Job summary

Boom Battle Bar Cambridge is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead our dynamic team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You will coach, support and develop staff, driving energy, motivation and consistency across every shift.

You’ll ensure safety, compliance and top standards while collaborating with the management team to grow the venue, hit performance goals and create a culture of personal development for your team.

Job description

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Assistant Manager to help lead out team at BOOM Battle Bar.

You’re a natural leader who knows how to bring the energy, keeping your team motivated and making every shift nothing short of excellent. You’ll be hands on, visible and always ready to get stuck in. You lead by example whilst making sure that your team knows what great looks like and why.

You will coach, support and develop your team, helping them build their confidence, smash their performance goals and take their next steps.

From the moment guests walk through the door to the moment they leave, you’ll make sure the energy is right, the service is on point and the guest journey is nothing short of epic.

You’ll have a serious eye for detail and take pride in keeping our standards consistently high. Specs and guest journey will be spot on, the venue will be looking its best and your team will know exactly what’s expected.

You’ll also be a compliance pro, making sure we operate safely, responsibly and in line with all regulatory requirements, while working towards those all-important 10/10 daily Trail scores.

You’ll work closely with the wider management team to drive the success of the venue, support commercial performance and make sure every shift runs brilliantly.
