Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, CH&CO division, is recruiting an experienced Assistant Catering Manager to lead catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will oversee kitchens and service counters and help deliver exceptional food experiences.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the team and manager to exceed expectations.

• Assist with paperwork when required.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.

We're recruiting an experienced Assistant Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Assistant Catering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
