As an Assistant Manager, you'll be right at the heart of operations – coaching, motivating, and supporting shift managers and crew to deliver a top‑tier customer experience every single day. You'll lead with confidence, own key performance metrics, and help build a workplace culture that empowers others to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Support performance against KPIs (sales, profit, customer satisfaction)
  • Use reports to drive action plans
  • Help manage stock, labour costs, and rotas
  • Understand and influence monthly P&L
People & Operations
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Deliver exceptional shift operations
  • Coach and develop team members and shift managers
  • Be hands‑on during peak times
Training & Development
  • Champion regular 1-2-1s and coaching sessions
  • Lead from the front on training and values
  • Grow confident, capable team leaders and support overall wellbeing with counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance, and helpful resources.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years in management in QSR role or fast‑paced hospitality/retail
  • Availability – Full‑Time required and must be fully flexible across weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late evenings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
