You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional customer experience, driving KPI's and standards, whilst inspiring your team to deliver results.

  • Lead well by example, driving sales, standards and KPI performance

  • Inspiring, coaching and development of all associates
  • Controlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reports
Qualifications
  • Retail management experience in a fast paced environment
