We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Assistant Management Accountant to join the Holidays FP&A team. Reporting to the Finance Manager (FP&A), this role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across the Transport business, while also contributing to wider Holidays FP&A activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating financial and operational data into meaningful insight, supporting decision-making through robust analysis, forecasting and reporting. This is more than a traditional Assistant Management Accountant role, it's an opportunity to join a high-performing team, developing your business partnering skills as you support commercial decision making across our Transport business. This role is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified student looking to broaden their experience in a dynamic, fast-paced travel business. This role requires you to work from our Folkestone office at least 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function. Our new Assistant Management Accountant for the Holiday business will be accountable for preparing monthly management accounts and performance reporting for the Transport business. As our new Assistant Management Accountant, you will be part-qualified (ACCA or CIMA), be commercially aware and curious, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
