GXO Logistics in Northampton seeks an Assistant Accountant to join our Head Office finance team. You will produce monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis to support Finance Business Partner decisions.
You will assist with budgeting and forecasting process, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, and deliver insightful analysis of overheads to improve reporting and efficiency. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern predominately office-based;

Join us as our Assistant Accountant, where you'll be joining a team of 3 based in our Head Office in Northampton. You'll produce accurate and timely Support Function Management Accounts, including detailed variance analysis to support Finance Business Partner review and decision-making. You'll support in the budget and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis of key overhead expenditure, and identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve financial reporting.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with 37.5 hours contracted per week. Working Monday to Friday between 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (hybrid, predominately office based).
