Qualifications

• Actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA (part-qualified).

Responsibilities

• Processing accruals, prepayments, and journals.
• Balance sheet reconciliations including bank, debtors, creditors, and intercompany accounts.
• General ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
• Conducting variance and margin analysis.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial data for month-end close.
• Production of monthly management accounts.
• Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance.

DUTIES

• Processing accruals, prepayments, and journals


• Balance sheet reconciliations (including bank, debtors, creditors, and intercompany accounts)


• General ledger maintenance and reconciliations

• Variance and margin analysis


• Ensuring accuracy of financial data feeding into month‑end close


• Production of monthly management accounts


• Work closely with operational teams to understand and improve financial performance

We are looking for someone who is actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA (part‑qualified). You will ideally have experienced in finance within a manufacturing or similar environment. It is also important that you are highly proficient in IT systems, with advanced Excel skills. A detail‑oriented, analytical individual who is proactive in problem‑solving. You will also be a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
