This role involves preparing accounting information, drafting management accounts, and supporting financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have AAT qualifications or relevant experience in finance, along with a good understanding of accounting principles. The organization prioritizes employee development and offers comprehensive training.
Hesley Group are looking to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant to join the central Finance Team in Doncaster.
The Assistant Accountant is responsible for preparing and posting accounting information into the nominal ledger, drafting basic management accounts from the trial balance and producing reports from the financial records.
The role would suit an AAT qualified/studier, or someone with previous experience in an Assistant Accountant role.
Some previous experience in Finance is required, and an understanding of basic accounting principles will be extremely advantageous. Full training will be provided however the role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to grow and develop in the role, with the chance to gain experience and exposure in a wide range of areas of accounting.
