What Will Your Day Look Like?

You will be producing hard and soft landscaping for the open space and play areas between and around our new homes, to meet planning requirements, to meet the requirements of biodiversity, as well as show home gardens and sales areas, including providing budgets and technical specifications and details.

  • Producing conceptual and detailed soft landscape proposal drawings for development sites for planning applications. This includes the use of various computer software. In-house training to be provided.
  • Producing detailed hard and soft landscape layouts for sales areas. Training to be provided, as required.
  • Producing budget costs for landscape operations.
  • Liaising with Regional Design and Technical Teams.
  • Amending landscape drawings as required.
  • Visiting development sites to perform landscape audits. Either solo or paired working.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • A Full UK Driving licence
  • Computer / IT literate with ability to use Excel, Word and database packages.
  • Knowledge and interested in art, design and landscaping (desirable)
  • Some plant knowledge (desirable)
  • A basic understanding of construction processes would be beneficial but not essential.
