Qualifications

• Experienced Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or Senior Line Chef required.
• Ability to lead a brigade to produce high quality dishes.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen brigade, assisting in various areas of the kitchen.
• Help manage storage rooms and ensure food items are ordered correctly.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in training Line Chefs on new menus.

You will

join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.

You enjoy

helping lead the brigade to produce high quality dishes are prepared and presented with pride and precision. You will help manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Kitchen Manager with ensuring the Line Chefs are trained on new menus and comply with all operating standards.
