Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or Senior Line Chef.
• Ability to manage storage rooms and ensure proper food storage.
• Skills in leading a kitchen brigade to produce high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen brigade, working across all areas of the kitchen.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in training Line Chefs on new menus.
• Manage food items and ensure compliance with operating standards.

You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.

You enjoy helping lead the brigade to produce high quality dishes that are prepared and presented with pride and precision. You will help manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Kitchen Manager with ensuring the Line Chefs are trained on new menus and comply with all operating standards.
