Job summary

Countryside Classroom is offering a full-time 19-month outdoor activity apprenticeship at Sayers Croft in the Surrey area. The role runs as a temporary contract with apprenticeship pay and included housing, meals, and bills covered while you train to become a qualified outdoor instructor.

The programme provides extensive experiential learning, hands-on activity delivery, and nationally recognised qualifications, starting 5 January 2027. Closing date is 18 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Participation in level 3 outdoor activity apprenticeship programme.
• Nationally recognised qualifications will be gained during the scheme.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a wide range of adventure and environmental activities as part of the apprenticeship.
• Live in a shared flat with all bills and most meals provided while training.
• Develop practical skills and knowledge through hands-on activity delivery and training modules.

Job description

Full time temporary role for 19 months

The salary is apprenticeship minimum wage (currently £15,017.28 per annum) plus London Weighting for 12 months then rising to national minimum wage. This role includes free accommodation in a shared flat with a private room, all bills and most meals
