Job summary

Allround Cricket Coaching is seeking an Assistant Hub Coach to support Hub Lead in delivering structured weekly training sessions for players aged 7–18. You will help run engaging coaching across batting, bowling and fielding, and assist with session organisation and player management.

This role offers clear progression through ARCC's hub system, with mentoring from Hub Leads and a pathway to Hub Lead Coach and higher incentives.

Qualifications

• ECB Level 1 qualification minimum or working towards it.
• Passionate about coaching young players.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
• Strong communicators with players and parents.
• Keen to develop within a structured coaching system.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of engaging coaching sessions.
• Work with players aged 7–18.
• Assist across batting, bowling and fielding.
