You’ll be responsible for thorough reporting on all aspects of hotel guest rooms, daily support for the Housekeeping Manager, engaging graciously with guests and promptly addressing their requests, and partnering with our Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams to ensure that every guest’s in‑room experience is extraordinary. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service. Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness. A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a hotel setting. Schedule flexibility is a must. Advanced knowledgeable of housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
