Overview

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust seeks a full‑time 37.5‑hour per week assistant scientist to join the Pathology team.

Responsibilities
  • Specimen reception, sorting and data entry.
  • Prepare blood samples for testing and dispatch to other hospitals.
  • Monitor temperature and general maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Stock control and support Biomedical Scientist teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCSE level or equivalent.

Working Pattern
