Qualifications

• Experience in senior leadership roles in a school.
• Proven ability to develop cross-curricular programmes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the school-wide Personal Development programme and ensure coherence with curriculum and wider experiences.
• Drive safeguarding, welfare and pupil development in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support professional learning and development for staff as part of the Teaching School framework.
